Welcome to BTIC Westport Inc. Website! BTIC Westport Inc. (BWI) is a 50:50 joint venture between Beijing Tianhai Industry Co., Ltd. (BTIC) and Westport Innovation Inc. (Westport) of Vancouver, with headquarters in Beijing. It is in charge of providing sales service, technical solutions and after-sales service to automotive liquefied natural gas tanks which are manufactured by Beijing Tianhai Industry Co.  


Since it is established in 2007, BWI has rapidly grown to be a strong competitor in LNG tank industry. Our HPDI tank is exported to USA, Australia and etc. And our national customers spread all over China from Guizhou province to Hainan, Fujian, Guangdong and Sichuan province. At present, in the biggest demonstration city Guiyang (Guizhou province) with LNG bus fleet, BWI’s market share is over 70%. And in Fujian province, we have already taken over 95% of the market.  


BWI places emphasis on product’s quality, but cares more about its after-sales. BWI’s after-sales service is recognized as “prompt response and considerate tracking service” which is well spoken in the industry.
